How long does it take to receive my goods?

Goods will be shipped as soon as possible after an order is received. This will usually be within two to three days if not during a very busy time such as after a trade fair. At these times an order may take up to two weeks to leave the warehouse.
Please specify on your order if you would like an order to be sent urgently – we will do our best to meet this request.

How are the goods sent to me?

Goods are sent by Australia Post and Startrack Express. Please specify if you have a preference for either of these means.

How much is charged for shipping?

The shipping and handling charge depends upon the weight and destination of goods sent. The minimum delivery cost to the customer is $10.50 – this is for a 3kg post bag sent anywhere in Australia (unless the order is for bulky items such a bangles or some displays – then a parcel will be sent rather than a post bag).
(The minimum postage cost applies to a jewellery order of approximately $300).
NB. Shipping and handling costs to the customer are the same as the actual postage charge to Perfect Jewellery.

Should I return broken or damaged items?

Can I receive a refund/credit for broken or damaged items?

Yes, refunds will be credited to your account, with the following conditions:
1) The cost of items can only be refunded if damaged or sent in error (not for ‘change of mind’)
2) Refunds apply only up to 2 months from purchase of goods
3) For smaller amounts (5 items or less) please fax, post or email us the codes of damaged items using the credit request form (forms can be supplied on request) – It is not necessary to return the goods to us!
4) For larger amounts (more than 5 items) or requests relating to items sent in error, please return the goods to us with their corresponding codes, using the credit request form. Postage costs will be credited to your account (please use ordinary post only)
5) Items returned without their codes will not be credited

What do I do if the wrong items are received?

Please return these goods with their corresponding codes and apply for a credit. (If you are happy to keep these goods, please inform us and we will amend your account accordingly).

What should I do if an insufficient quantity of an item(s) is received?

Inform us and we will either forward the missing item(s) or credit your account accordingly.
